Operational - Services
AEL seeks to provide a support role with respect to the realisation of your event, enabling you to focus on the sales, marketing and growth strategy.
The service level is by no means restricted to the tasks mentioned below, but provides a benchmark where our involvement, depending on your requirements, can grow the shows needs and future development.
Each client has different requirements for AEL services and following our consultation we can collectively determine the scope of works for your event.
Organising and event, whether large or small, is a very time consuming exercise.
Project management is one of the cornerstones of success.
Project management directs all the professional disciplines involved in the project and relates them to each other. Regular consultation and communication is the key to achieving a successful relationship and, at the end of the day, a successful event.
AEL is the project manager and we, in association with you, work with the sub-contractors by integrating them into the project and planning.
AEL manages all the primary and secondary processes, focusing on effective communication, proactive consultation and complete transparency. Our experience will ensure we are able to assist at the highest level, contribute in a constructive manner and work closely with your team to ensure all operational aspects are managed professionally.
Together, we can make the exhibition 'experience' a very positive one.
CASE STUDY
Our International Experience
During Sharyn's employment with Reed Exhibitions as Operations Director & Brett Pegler working as Project Management support to various Australian Exhibition Companies, we were fortunate enough to be involved in the Royal Flora Ratchaphruek event being held in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Our roles were in the capacity of Project Director(s) reporting to the Managing Director of the Reed affiliate company in Thailand, Reed Tradex (RTX) and the Thailand Government - Department of Agriculture.
Key statistics on this event are: a) the area was held within an 80hectare site b) over 3.5million visitors attended the 3 month event c) the site, as well as the event, needed to be project managed.
